At CC Gallery, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our artwork. Because each piece is carefully created and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise and will work with you to resolve them fairly.
1. All Sales Are Final

Sales of original paintings and custom artwork are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, size, or color variations, as product images may differ slightly due to lighting and screen displays.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours upon delivery.

To submit a claim, email us at artbycloee@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and the item itself.

After review, we may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and arrange to ship you the correct product at no additional cost.
4. Refunds (When Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
